Refund requests

This is a one-time purchase of written digital course materials. Contact support within 7 calendar days of purchase to request review of a refund. Include the order number and the issue. Duplicate charges, billing mistakes and missing access are investigated; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How refunds work

Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. A refund allocated to a course item ends access to that course; other valid course purchases remain available. There is no subscription to cancel and no renewal charge to stop.
